CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Oops, you cannot cancel your order if it has already been fulfilled and shipped. Orders are processed instantly and are fulfilled within 1 business day in most cases.
If you absolutely need to cancel (it happens!), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from placing your order and a TBD team member will check your eligibility.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO PLACE A PREORDER?
Preorders are orders for items that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. You just get first pick! The item will be reserved for you and mailed as soon as it is ready to ship usually within 2-3 weeks after the preorder has ended. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase to ensure your reservation.
Preorders are typically produced in limited quantities and sell out fast—don't sleep on this!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We know how it is waiting for tracking info once you've purchased, we got you!
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your order details and a tracking number. That way you can keep a close eye on your new things as they're making their way to you!
Orders ship Monday - Friday (with the exception of Holidays) from sunny Los Angeles, CA. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process, and 1 business day for expedited orders. We promise we're doing our best to get your package over to you as fast as we can.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
A shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent out as soon as your order has been fulfilled. Once the package is processed, it will deliver within the below timeframes:

*If you need immediate delivery for your order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Priority and Express Delivery Shipping Orders placed after 3 PM PST will not ship until the next business day.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Domestic and International, including Priority and Express, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Easy peasy.
ARE CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES INCLUDED IN THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE?
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Unfortunately at this time, those fees are not included. All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. Please check your local customs website for more info.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unsatisfied with the fit or size of the item you received, we’ll gladly return or exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise for you within 14 days of receiving your order. Exclusions apply.

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE BY MISTAKE. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged item, we will honor an exchange within 14 days from when you received it, if the item is in stock. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to chat with our care team.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR. WHO DO I CONTACT?
It's not you, it's us. We're sorry! Please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number. We will send you a return label, please be sure to include this when shipping the item(s) back to us.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY DAMAGED ITEM OR REQUEST FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
Act quick. You have 14 calendar days to return/exchange from the date you received the item.
WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE WITH MY EXCHANGE?
Please include a copy of your invoice inside the return package along with the item(s) you’re returning. Please state the reason for return. Returned clothes must be in new, unworn condition. You know the drill.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
At this time, we do not offer refunds and all sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order at checkout prior to finalizing your purchase.
MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
We're sorry this happened. Once the package is marked delivered, The Body Department cannot be held responsible for the actions that precedes it. USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class International Mail do not include insurance for its packages - which is the standard delivery option for most products on TBD. If you'd like to insure your package, please select PRIORITY MAIL for your shipping preference at order checkout. Your package is insured up to $5,000 and it is included in the Priority Mail shipping cost.
